Frank was born on October 16, 1925 and passed away on Friday, August 3, 2012.
Frank was a resident of Sun City Center, Florida at the time of his passing.
He earned an Associate Engineering Degree from St. Bede College.
He served in World War II in the Navy and received an honorable discharge in 1946.
He is survived by his wife Jane.
Funeral Mass will be held on August 7 at 11:00 A.M at Prince of Peace Church in Sun City Center. Burial in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
