Hey, it?s YOUR blog. If you think any specific item is ?news? then use it. All editors make decisions eight hours a day deciding what is news and what isn?t. A ?press release? is just something submitted by someone to a newspaper or another media that the person submitting it THINKS is ?news??each editor decides for himself if it is news or not.
