Week 5 of the college football season is upon us, and with that comes a fresh set of Top 25 rankings. I've got my draft ballot ready for you to peruse, and I need help again!
There were two ties coming in my top 25 this week. South Carolina and Georgia are tied for the second spot, while Iowa State and Texas Tech are tied at 14. Please vote in my poll to help me decide!

As for the rest of the rankings, we have a new No. 1 in the Oregon Ducks, who jumped eight spots by way of their 49-0 thrashing of the Arizona Wildcats. Alabama dropped to the fourth position, as the teams they've beaten continue to lose.
As always, I've got my rankings for every Pac-12 team, as well as something new this week. After the jump, you will find both of those. For the conference rankings, I took the average rating (not the ranking, but the rating given by the system) of each team and then ordered all 11 conferences. No. 7 is probably the most surprising.

Pac-12 Rankings
1. Oregon - The Ducks rise to the top spot with a match-up against the mighty Cougs looming.
7. Stanford - The week off did not treat them well, as the Cardinal fell five spots.
16. Arizona State - ASU's beatdown of the Utes gets them back into my top 25. The Sun Devils are looking like they could challenge for the South division crown.
18. Oregon State - Impressive road victory in just their second game of the season. Wisconsin keeps winning (albeit unimpressively), so that helps the Beavs out.
22. USC - Rises four spots to return to the ballot after a bounce-back win over Cal.
24. UCLA - Completely unacceptable loss. Clearly the biproduct of a poisoned well in the depths of the athletic department or something.
32. Arizona - Wildcats fall from the top 10 to completely out of the top 25.
62. Washington - Huskies got an extra week to relish the win over Portland State.
74. Utah - The Utes' offensive struggles of last season have returned in full force.
88. California - Don't worry, Cal. You'll get to play WSU eventually.
106. Washington State - I don't want to talk about it.
120. Colorado - I don't want to talk about it.
Conference Rankings
1. Big 12 - The additions of WVU and TCU, while subtracting Mizzou and aTm have made the Big 12 stronger for the time being.
2. SEC - Preposterous! Six straight BCS titles! SPEEEEEEEEED.
3. Big Ten - I have no idea.
4. Pac-12 - Colorado and WSU bring the average rating way, way down for the conference of champions.
5. ACC - Seems about right.
6. Big East - Just as I suspected.
7. WAC - How could they disband such a high-level conference?
8. Mountain West - Some decent teams, and some really, really bad teams.
9. MAC - MACtion was a severe disappointment on Wednesday. I expect better things.
10. Sun Belt - The Sun Belt can rest well knowing they probably kept the SEC out of the top spot.
11. Conference USA - This conference had some good teams last year. Now Southern Miss and Houston are struggling mightily, and the rest of the league is doing what they always do.
