Sheffield Hallam University invites applications for International Achievement Scholarship 2012 for outstanding Indian students desirous to pursue studies at the university. Sheffield Hallam University honors the Indian students securing academic excellence through International Achievement Scholarship.
International Achievement Scholarship 2012 details:-
International Achievement Scholarship winner gets a whopping amount of ?1000 for the first year of study provided he/she displays an excellent academic record. The candidate will be awarded only one scholarship. The candidates having one International Achievement Scholarship will not be eligible for another scholarship or any other International Access Scheme Bursary. This rule is applicable to any fee discounts the candidate is awarded.
Eligibility for International Achievement Scholarship 2012:-
Sheffield Hallam University has two different eligibility criteria for the International Achievement Scholarship 2012-13.
Eligibility Criteria for International Achievement Undergraduate Scholarship 2012-13:-
The student should have an excellent academic record with a high standard of secondary education. The candidate should have the ability to attain a minimum of IELTS 6.0 (5.5 in all areas) or equivalent.
The candidate should give a firm or insurance acceptance of his/her offer on the chosen course. The candidate should apply for starting his/her first year on a course with the university in the academic year 2012-13. The candidate should be classified as an international student for fee purposes. The candidate should be able to prove his/her achievement in personal statement.
Eligibility Criteria for International Achievement Postgraduate Scholarship 2012-13:-
The student should have an excellent academic record with an outstanding undergraduate degree. The candidate should have the ability to attain a minimum of IELTS 6.0 (5.5 in all areas) or equivalent. The candidate should submit his course application and he/she should have been given a conditional or unconditional offer. The candidate should apply for starting his/her first year on a course with the university in the academic year 2012-13. The candidate should be classified as an international student for fee purposes. The candidate should be able to prove his/her achievement in personal statement.
Selection Procedure for International Achievement Scholarship 2012-13:-
The scholarship panel monitors the quality of the personal statement as well as the academic achievement of the candidates before awarding the scholarship.
How to apply for International Achievement Scholarship 2012-13:-
Candidates willing to apply for the International Achievement Scholarship 2012-13 have to download the form from the official website of Sheffield Hallam University. Candidates willing to pursue courses starting in September 2012 have to submit the application forms before June 30th 2012. Sheffield Hallam University will soon upload the application forms for the candidates willing to start their studies in September 2012 on the official website of Sheffield Hallam University.
